Legionaries can cast there votes here, while Senators of Legio Romana can cast their votes on the Legionary of the Month candidates here. The developers of Guild Wars would like to warn all Guild Wars players that there are currently scam websites around who promise an access key to the Guild Wars 2 Beta. Those scam sites usually contain Trojans and other viruses which are designed to deprive Guild Wars players off their game accounts. Beware! The developers wish to inform the players that if there already is an access key to the Guild Wars 2 Beta, it will be announced on www.guildwars.com first! If you see this announcement anywhere else, do NOT fall for it!

The Canthan New Year is coming. This time it will be the Year of the Ox. The Canthan New Year celebration will start on Friday January 30th at 20:00 GMT and will end on Monday February 2nd at 20:00 GMT. On Sunday, February 1st the Ox will come down from the skies every three hours to hand out goodies to the Guild Wars players celebrating. More details can be found on the official Guild Wars website. The Senate of Legio Romana has recently reviewed the infamous Map Hunters event, now proudly hosted for over a year by Senator Fiona. The Senate of Legio Romana has, after careful deliberation, come to the conclusion that it would be appropiate to reissue awards to those who manage to solve the weekly Map Hunters. As such, the Senate of Legio Romana will - proudly sponsored by Senator Striking Mei - issue two Zaishen Keys to the first place contestant and one Zaishen Key to the second place contestant. The third place and onwards will only receive bragging rights however.
For the newer members of Legio Romana, we would like to make you aware of the fact that every good Roman and our allies are more than welcome to try solve the weekly Map Hunters. There are however a few rules attached to the game. |

Due to some organisational issues and poor team coordination, the recent Urgoz's Warren event of Saturday January 17th did not go so well as the previous Urgoz's Warren event. The Senate of Legio Romana will review the factors responsible for the relative failure of the event. To clarify to those who did not attend: the event did take place, but the teams did not manage to kill Urgoz this time as they did last time. Then of course the one-million-dollar-question is then: how come? |
