Today Mad King Thorn will be in the cities of Kamadan (Guild Wars Nightfall) and Lion's Arch (Guild Wars Prophecies). A timetable of when he appears can be found on guildwars.wikia.com. Be sure to get your two new festival hats, them being a zombie face paint and a lupine mask. Additionally, a guide to the whole Halloween event has been written and can be found on GuildWarsGuru.com.
